- 門市自取： 費用全免。請務必確保您的車輛有足夠空間容納氣球（建議清空車廂後座或車尾箱）。
- 專車送貨： 我們提供點對點專車送貨服務（按地區收費），由專人將氣球安全送達派對場地，免卻您的煩惱。
- 建議取貨時間： 氣球狀態隨時間變化，建議於派對當日或前一晚才取貨/安排送貨，以呈現最完美效果。
🎈 氣球保養及觀賞期
我們的氣球師均嚴選高品質外國進口氣球製作，但氣球壽命仍會受環境因素影響：
- 最佳觀賞期： 一般室內環境下，立體氣球可保持最佳狀態約 3-5 天，隨後會隨時間自然微縮。
- 存放環境： 請務必放置於室內陰涼處。切勿暴曬於陽光下、放置於高溫車廂內，或讓冷氣機/風扇直接吹向氣球，否則容易導致熱脹冷縮而爆破。
- 溫馨提示： 氣球屬脆弱藝術品，請避免觸碰尖銳物品、粗糙牆身或過度擠壓。
