Balloon gas is a safe, non-flammable, non-toxic gas that is lighter than air. It can be used safely both indoors and outdoors. You can use balloons for festive occasions or to send messages.

Customer Notice and Disclaimer:

1) If the gas cylinder is lost, the amount will be deducted directly from the deposit of HK$2,000.
2) Rental helium cylinders must be booked 5 days in advance (calculated from the date of receipt).
3) The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the gas cylinder being returned (please provide the bank account and account number for the refund).
4) Gas cylinder delivery and collection are only permitted during the morning or afternoon hours of the same day (no specific time specified). Gas cylinders must be delivered to locations accessible by elevator and must not be carried up or down stairs.
5) The first month's rental fee is included in the initial rental fee for each bottle. The rental fee thereafter is $350 per month, calculated from the first day of each month to the last day of that month. Any period less than one month is also calculated as one month.
6) Our company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by customers due to improper use or delays caused by delivery location or time issues.
7) Lost rental air nozzles will be charged at $850 each.
8) Our company does not accept refund requests for reasons other than those related to product defects. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and all payments except for the deposit are non-refundable.
