R-size rental helium kit
(Capacity: 6.2 m³/m³ gas) Can inflate approximately 650 10-inch balloons.

1) R-size bottle rental fee: $3,500/bottle

2) A deposit of $2,000 per unit (to be refunded within 30 business days of returning the helium canister).
*Note: If the customer fails to pay the monthly fee for more than 2 months, it will be considered that the customer has purchased the gas cylinder, and the deposit will be deducted directly and will not be refunded.

3) Gas cylinder monthly rental: $300/month
- Rent is calculated from the last day of each month to the first day of the following month, with any period less than one month counted as one month.
(e.g., if a customer places an order on January 8th, the settlement date is the last day of the month, i.e., January 30th, and the next rental start date is February 1st.)

4) Gas nozzle rental fee: $100/month
- Rent is calculated from the last day of each month to the first day of the following month, with any period less than one month counted as one month.
- Currently, for any rental of our helium products, you can purchase an inflation nozzle (originally priced at $850) for a discounted price of $650. Offer valid while supplies last.

5) Free shipping (excluding stairs)
Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays, based on the price per item.

Customer Notice and Disclaimer:

1) If the gas cylinder is lost, the amount will be deducted directly from the deposit of HK$2,000.
2) Rental helium cylinders must be booked 5 days in advance (calculated from the date of receipt).
3) The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the gas cylinder being returned (please provide the bank account and account number for the refund).
4) Gas cylinder delivery and collection are only permitted during the morning or afternoon hours of the same day (no specific time specified). Gas cylinders must be delivered to locations accessible by elevator and must not be carried up or down stairs.
5) The rental fee is $300 per bottle per month and $100 per nozzle per month, calculated from the first day of each month to the last day of that month. Any period less than one month is also counted as one month.
6) Our company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by customers due to improper use or delays caused by delivery location or time issues.
7) Lost rental air nozzles will be charged at $850 each.
8) Our company does not accept refund requests for reasons other than those related to product defects. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and all payments except for the deposit are non-refundable.
